Nine persons killed by suspected herdsmen in Akaa village, Logo Local Government Area of Benue State have been laid to rest.

The lawyer raped the tourist at the famous beer festival in Munich, while the man was in a drunken state, and told the court he could not explain his actions, adding that he was not homosexual despite sexually abusing the man.

The Nigerian Super Eagles of Nigeria moved to 38th in the latest FIFA world ranking.The new ranking now puts the Super Eagles in the fourth in Africa behind Egypt, Senegal and Cameroon.The top 10 in the world remain unchanged with Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Chile, Colombia, France, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain retaining their spots.

Uber losses $708 million in the first quarter of 2017

The Wall Street Journal last week reported that UBER didn't make profit in the first quarter of the year. Now the company has just confirmed that it indeed lost a whooping $708 million loss in the first three months of the year.

Reps propose six months jail term for anyone that jumps queues

The House of Representatives is proposing a six months jail term for anyone caught jumping queues in public places. The bill which is currently on the floor of the house, scaled second reading yesterday June 1st.

According to the sponsor of the bill, Abubakar Amuda-Kannike (Kwara-APC), the bill if passed will ensure that Nigerians conduct themselves orderly in public places.
